Hi, I’m Steph
I naturally create order out of chaos, I can’t myself, it’s my superpower. As a kid I lined up the crayons in the crayon box by color and size, while my sister drew trees, houses, stick people, and sunshines. My primary Sparketype is the Essentialist, with Scientist shadow. So I am all about creating systems and answering questions and by stripping away the unnecessary and the noise.
I’ve been a small business accounting professional since 2002. My experience includes accounting services: bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation; as well as manager and director roles and starting my own business’s. Along the way I have worked with countless bookkeepers, managers, and business owners and helped them simplify and systematize their bookkeeping. The newest focus is passing the systems and knowledge on to other bookkeeping professionals through courses and mentorship.
My favorite things about work? The puzzles – solving them and getting the pieces to fall into place. And the people – helping them understand how the pieces fit too.
I love dancing and live music, especially outside. Trails are my medicine; I’m an avid hiker and after 24 years in Bozeman, I relocated to Phoenix and enjoy exploring the Arizona cities and landscapes in the endless sunshine.
