Steph naturally creates order out of chaos, she can’t help herself, it’s her super power.
She’s worked in various parts of small business accounting since 2002. Everything from bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation to management, directorship and entrepreneurship. Her favorite things about work? The puzzles – solving them and getting the pieces to fall into place. And the people – helping them understand how the pieces fit too.
Steph loves dancing, especially outside. An avid hiker, after 24 years in Bozeman, she relocated to Phoenix and is exploring the Arizona mountains in the endless sunshine.

Before coming on board at Gibson Insight, Deb’s past lives include professionally growing orchids, and decadent baking as a pastry chef. She also had a solid prior foundation of bookkeeping experience ranging from engineering firms to your favorite local Bozeman eateries’ back office.
Deb notices details, and her questioning mind digs into them with curiosity. This translates into diligent and thorough work for her suite of clients.
Summers, Deb is kayaking the rivers, hiking the mountains, and dancing to live music. On the dark winter evenings, she can still be caught baking. And from time to time, clients end up with a treat!
